Michael Matassa
Founder & President
Michael Matassa founded the Precision Business Education Foundation to help small business owners, tradespeople, and entrepreneurs better understand the financial side of running a business.
After decades of business and operational experience, Michael saw how many hardworking business owners struggle not because they lack skill, but because they were never taught pricing, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, or sustainable growth planning.
His mission is to provide practical education, mentorship, and real-world guidance to help entrepreneurs build stronger, more stable businesses.

Community Service Chair for the Rotary Club of Punta Gorda with extensive experience supporting charitable programs and community outreach initiatives. Passionate about strengthening local communities through education, service, and opportunity.
Michelle Lynn Rozenback
Director
Small business owner and custom cabinet maker with firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, and customer service. Michelle brings practical insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by small business owners and is committed to supporting the Foundation's mission of business education and growth.

The Board of Directors provides oversight of the Foundation’s mission, programs, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability. The Board is responsible for helping ensure that the Foundation operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
